Nestled on the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, The Welcome Farm is a paradise for horses, owners and horse lovers alike. Our beautiful facility offers premium care and retirement boarding. With two brand-new all weather riding arenas (30x70m & 20x40m) for Dressage & Jumping, 10 custom built and horse friendly stalls, customized feeding, lots of turnout (we allow approximately 2 acres of pasture per horse) on very well maintained pastures and beautiful trails, and a low key rewarding atmosphere, we belong to the top choice of horse owners and riders.
With over 25 years experience and Katharina & Klaus living on the property, they can give you that peace of mind that you are looking for.
2 Custom build barns (8-stall and 2-stall barn):

- several pastures ranging from 1 to 8 acres in size
- 11 acre pasture (pasture board only)
- 20 acres of trails
- parking for your trailer
Our services include:
Full Board
- 12×13 or 12×10 matted stalls
- customized feeding twice a day (Triple Crown and Buckeye products)
- administration of supplements/medication (provided by owner)
- free choice top quality Tifton 85 hay
- Alfalfa and/or Alfalfa/Orchard hay available for additional charge
- daily stall cleaning
- fan on every stall
- blanketing (blanket provided by owner)
- Between 10-16 hours of turnout (weather permitted) on seeded, fertilized and well maintained pastures
- Use of equestrian facility
- scheduled farrier, vet (vaccines), massage chiropractic and BEMER appointments
- minor wound/injury care
- regular updates with pictures and videos
Pasture Board
- customized and individual (horse are being tied for meals) feeding twice a day (Triple Crown and Buckeye products)
- administration of supplements/medication (provided by owner)
- Free choice grass and quality Rye hay in winter months
- roomy pastures with rolling hills, woods and 25×20 run in shed
- blanketing (blankets provided by owner)
